Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

130g self-rising flour
\n170g granulated sugar
\n4 medium-sized eggs (200g)
\n20 ml brandy
\n3 Golden apples, diced
\n\u00bd tsp cinnamon powder
\n50g unsalted butter
\n50g brown sugar<\/p>\n

Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Place the eggs, sugar and brandy in the mixing bowl and beat with the whisk attachment of the mixer) at medium speed, until fluffy and white. Add the flour (sifted) and stir gently with a silicone spatula.
\n2. In a pan, put the butter and place over medium heat to melt. Add cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Add apples and stir again.
\n3. In a muffin pan, put cupcake liners or parchment paper. Fill the liners halfway with the dough and add a spoonful of the apple mixture.
\n4. Bake in preheated oven on the middle shelf at 170\u00b0C for 25 minutes.<\/p>\n
