GinRaw was born from the idea of two entrepreneurs and friends who wanted to create a gin that would reflect the gourmet standards of Barcelona. Four experts contributed to bringing “the true spirit of Barcelona” to life: chef Xano Saguer, sommelier Sergi Figueras, bartender Javier Caballero, and perfumer Rosendo Mateu. GinRaw is produced in small batches of 5,000 bottles using a specific technique that combines traditional distillation with the use of a culinary Rotavap. The result is a full-bodied gin characterized by floral and spicy notes with a delicate smoky touch. Freshness and warmth coexist over a balsamic background typical of juniper. Grey Goose Altius

Alpine water meets sub-zero filtration in this premium vodka, offering an exceptionally smooth taste. Inspired by the French Alps, Grey Goose Altius is filtered at temperatures below the ice formation point. Altius was crafted through processes that mimic natural crystallization at high altitudes and under glacial conditions. Its silky character comes from water sourced exclusively from Alpine springs, while the wheat used is winter wheat from Picardy, France.

Código 1530 Reposado

For generations, the answer was known only to a select group of Mexican families and the finest jimadors of Los Bajos. Only a fortunate few ever tasted El Tequila Privado, a private recipe from a small distillery in Amatitán.

Every drop of Amatitán water comes from fresh and rainwater pools filtered through the volcanic soil of Los Bajos. Only native yeast is used to achieve the ideal fermentation process. Finally, the finest Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels are used in the traditional aging technique instead of the more commonly used American whiskey barrels. This distinctive aging method enhances the elegance of the distillate, creating a uniquely refined finish.

This is how Código 1530 was born — honoring “Los Códigos,” the old-world codes and customs that shaped and continue to live on in Amatitán and the Los Bajos region to this day. These values remain at the heart of the proud families who served this tequila in their homes and the artisan distilling family that safeguarded this private production for centuries.

Código 1530 Reposado combines the purity of Blanco tequila with the elegance of traditional aging methods. It is aged for six months in the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels and enriched with the signature notes imparted by the hand-charred oak. The tequila is aged with the goal of allowing us to “taste” time through sweet agave notes, layered vanilla complexity, toasted caramel, and subtle cocoa powder nuances.

Flor de Caña 12 Years Old is a premium aged rum, ideal for enjoying neat or in cocktails such as the Rum Fashioned. It is an award-winning, environmentally friendly rum aged for 12 years, offering tasting notes of wood, vanilla, and baked apples, with a smooth and perfectly balanced finish. It also reveals aromas of red fruits, honey, and roasted nuts.

The story of Flor de Caña began in 1890, when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, a young explorer from Italy, risked everything to travel to exotic Nicaragua. There, he found the ideal location for the Flor de Caña distillery at the foothills of the San Cristóbal volcano, the tallest and most active volcano in Nicaragua. The fertility of the surrounding land, the mineral-rich water, and the hot volcanic climate proved essential in shaping the distinctive character of Flor de Caña.
